This event has it all: people dressed as cats, people not dressed like cats, people acting like cats, cat loving celebrities, good looking men, spicy women, and surprises. Plenty of surprises and a cash bar and munchies. Did I say surprises? Rules? Not many. Models and attendees are invited to attempt to bribe the judges (all in fun). So bring your spare paper money and join the merriment. No coin tossing please. Coins spook the cats!
